Rental prices

Rental conditions

The prices are in euro. The prices are per week and bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (except after consultation). Minimum stay is 2 weeks. The prices include staying up to max. 4 people (1 family). In case of non-compliance the full deposit will be retained.

Towels, sheets, kitchen linen, towels for the sun loungers:15 euro/person

WIFI, satellite TV(astra I and II and Hotbird) are included.

Mandatory cleaning per booking: 105 euros.
Electricity, water and gas consumption by meter.

Deposit per booking: € 350

Reservation and prepayment

Reservation > 6 weeks before arrival:

To capture your reservation, there is a prepayment of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of € 250.

The remaining amount, along with the cleaning fee and deposit must be paid at least six weeks before arrival. Account no. will be notified by mail.

Reservation <6 weeks before arrival:

To record your reservation must pay the full amount for the rental along with cleaning and security deposit to be paid.

Reservation <1 week before arrival:

You have the option to pay the rent + cleaning fee and deposit locally on arrival.

If on leaving the villa no damage or losses are being counted, the amount of the deposit will be refunded, minus the deduction of the cost of electricity consumption.

Cancellation

If canceled less than five weeks before rental period, due 50% of the rent, if you cancel less than three weeks before the start of the rental period, due  is 100%.
